Were you meant to be a super model: Pre-work

Here we are then. One week later than promised. And yes, I did cheat by changing the posting date of the article 'Were you meant to be a super model?', but hey, as I said: here we are then. You have had extra time to work out, buy the highest heels you could get, and take good care of your skin.

So what are we going to do. Yes, we are going to DO something. You really thought you could learn how to model by reading. Guess again. Put on those cute heels, tight clothes and put up a large mirror.

Ready to go crazy?

Imagine. You are shooting the H&M beach wear campaign. The sun is hot, and so is the photographer. You are on the wide open beach. Hit 10 different poses. *BANG* *BANG* *BANG*. Make them smooth and let them follow like a motion picture. How was your face? Your stomach? Your feet? Your neck? Your (and this is what I need to work on) HANDS?

I just wanted you to experience that you might have THOUGHT to know how to pose, but that it is a totally different experience than posing in real life.

Now you realize this. What can you do for upcoming week? Check your Vogue, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and any other glossy that is somewhere around in your room and collect 30 different poses. Because the best way to learn is copying a super talent. As you grow in modeling, you can become more and more your very own super model.

Put the pics in a binder and I'll see you next week!
