Were you meant to be a super model: What's with the shoulders?

Now, last week I taught you about your face. About emotions. About sleeping well. Be honest, have you been practicing, sleeping, posing as well as I adviced you? If YES. Yoohooo, I'm proud of you. If NO. Well, uhmm, what can I say, other than: practice makes perfect. You're not there yet. But hey, we're heading the right way.

This week, you can learn what to do with your shoulders. Really? A whole article about your shoulders?

Yup. Let's start:

Let's go to your collection of adds. What do you like about the poses when it comes to the shoulders?

If you pull up one shoulder, relax the other one. Make it asymmetrical. This is just very subtle and it makes your pose interesting. So pull one shoulder up to your ear. Ho. Not too much. Wow! Great bone structure.

Let me teach you 'the corkscrew'. Stand in front of a mirror. Put your feet next to each other. Show the sides of your feet to the mirror so you show your thighs. You only see the front leg. Then, turn your upper body (ONLY YOUR UPPER BODY) towards the mirror so you can see both shoulders.  Cool pose right? If you do it right you have the tiniest waist in the world. Mmm, okay ...

I'll write about your posture and waist next week. It totally changed the way I see my own body. I keep you posted.

See you next week!
