You already collected some inspiring photos, you are the proud owner of high heels, huge mirror, great condition and skin. You learned what to do with your head and shoulders. Today's lesson is about your waist line.
This was my real eye opener. A REAL eye opener that gave me a better self image since this discovery.

I couldn't figure out how all these girls in magazines looked so slender. I thought I was as slender as them. But when I saw myself in the picture again, I looked kilo's and kilo's heavier than in real life. My stomach wasn't as flat as I thought it was, and my whole body looked ... just squat.
So how to look tall and slender? Use the trick I taught you with the head (The Reduced Masai Effect). AND to look tall, slender, get a flat stomach and a tiny waist, try this: Imagine a skippy ball. Imagine sitting in front of it. Imagine how you stretch out over the ball like you're hugging it. Like you are stuck to the ball, no air between you and the surface. Feel how your back extends? So not only suck in your tummy, but stretch out your entire stomach area, making yourself cm's and cm's taller. Pull your belly in and up!
I know this feels really awkward and uncomfortable. How can this look right in the picture? Are you sure? Yes, yes, yes, I'm sure! Stretch out like never before! All kind of nice lines appear in your stomach area.This is where your yoga lessons come really handy! And keep practicing, because every time you do this, it becomes easier and looks more natural.
