You want to rule the fashion world as a model. To do so, you need professional experience and magnificent pictures. You just won't get in with shots in your garden next to the trash can, shot by your dad (unless your garden looks like Adam and Eve's paradise and your father is America's Next Topmodel member of the jury slash "noted fashion photographer" mister Nigel Barker).
So: you need professional stuff ....

Why? Graduation shows will get you professional photos, a great network and lots of new inspiration for the future! To get the best girls and boys, academies work with the biggest photographers in the industry. [By doing a fashion show in The Hague (K.A.B.K.), I got my very first Peter Stigter, the #1 runway photographer in Holland!].
How? Look up all the fashion and artistic schools in your area. Or: anywhere you would like to travel to. Where are the fashion shows? How talented is the fashion designer-to-be and what photographers are present? [Three years ago, I wrote the H.K.U. (Utrecht), K.A.B.K. (The Hague) and the Willem de Kooning Academy (Rotterdam)]
